Return and exchange of goods of proper quality is possible if the following are preserved:
- Commodity appearance
- Consumer properties
- Exactly 14 days have not passed since you received the parcel
Traces:
- Washing
- Stains, dirt
- Hole, cuts, pulls
- Hair, dust
- Smell / aroma
- Deformation, stretching of elastic bands, tearing of material
Any traces of use are a reason for canceling the return.
If traces of use are found when opening the parcel, the goods will be disposed of and the return will not be made.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection, you can demand an exchange or return of the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller "Amoslook" must return the amount of money paid by the consumer, excluding the seller's costs of delivery to and from the consumer, within
5 business days from the date of receipt of the parcel and verification of compliance. The refund will be made to the bank card from which the goods were paid. In cases of blocking or expiration of your card, other refund options are allowed.
To return funds for transactions that were made with errors, you must contact
with the order number and a screenshot of the payment confirming the erroneous debit to the address with the manager in a messenger convenient for you (Telegram), or to the email address no-reply@amoslook.com

If the store detects any traces of use of the goods, the store will refuse the consumer
in return.
The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality that has individually defined properties.
